Crumb rubber

Crumb rubber is produced from end-of-life Car, Truck, and Bus radial tires, where the recycling process removes steel and tire cord (fluff), leaving tire rubber with a granular consistency. The granulate is sized by passing through a classifying screen, with common mesh sizes including 10 Mesh, 24 mesh, 40 mesh, 60 mesh, and 80 mesh.

The applications of rubber crumb include

  • Tyres
  • Sealant & Paint Additives
  • Moulded Plastic
  • Conveyor belts
  • Adhesives
  • Extruded articles
  • Rubber Mixtures
  • CRMB
